Join us for a 6 month session of Women Who Mean Business Mastermind January 15, 2024 - June 24, 2024. This Mastermind offers weekly cohort meetups for accountability, goal setting (with actionable steps), networking opportunities and monthly check in calls. Participants will create a big goal, share their hurdles, brainstorm solutions and have the opportunity to grow like never before 🚀 Hosted by Vanessa Diehl, this mastermind will keep you on the Road to Success for 6 months, allowing you to crush your business goals 💥
All small business owners of any industry are welcome! Participants will learn from each other and positively support each other using the "high-five" ideology on this rollercoaster journey of entrepreneurship.
Get clarity, plan out how to get there and benefit from the high-five cheerleading squad of other Women Who Mean Business!
This cohort/community style mastermind program will supercharge your quarter 1 + 2 business goals by supporting you to take the action(s) required. You will not be left alone!

The Mastermind Group Monthly Call starts Jan 15, 2024 at 8pm MST. Led by Vanessa Diehl, we will get clear on our Q1 goal and break it down into actionable steps (using QMWD and 12 Week Year Principles). Your Q1 goal, actionable steps and progress will be shared in the community 💥 This WILL ignite you in the direction you desire. Additional monthly calls will take place on: Feb 5, Mar 4, Apr 1, May 6 and June 3 at 8PM MST online in the community area.
Cohort group discussions will meet weekly for accountability, brainstorming, cheering on participants and networking. These calls will be 30-45minutes in length. There will be 2 time slots on Mondays at 8am MST, or 8pm MST depending participants availability. Cohort calls will occur every Monday except for on days with a group call as listed above.
The last call will take place on June 24/24 - Let's Celebrate The Wins and the actions that moved us to crush our Q1+2 goals. With our new friends we will have deepened relationships with others in the group and ourselves 🥂 Cheers to that!

FAQs:
When are the weekly cohort calls? Participants will have the option to pick one of a Monday morning time or a Monday evening time to participate in the weekly cohort call. Cohorts may change monthly depending on the number of participants.
How long are the weekly calls? Weekly calls will range from 30-45minutes in length.
What will be discussed in the weekly calls? These sessions are for accountability and brainstorming. They are also a way to get to know other women in business. Participants will be expected to share their big goal, weekly action and daily deliverables. Once per month each participant will have the opportunity to have the cohort brainstorm ideas that may help achieve the seeker's goal.
What will be discussed in the monthly check-in calls? The monthly check-in will be hosted by Vanessa Diehl. These calls are a chance for all participants to check-in in a large group setting. Vanessa will facilitate round table discussions based on hurdles/wins that the group bring up.
When will the monthly check-in be held? The first call will be on Mon Jan 15, 2024. The following monthly check-ins will be held on the first Monday of the month at 8pm MST and last about 1 hour.
Who is this mastermind for? The mastermind is for any woman in business that is committed to working towards a big goal. Women could be in the idea stage, beginning stages, deep in the business or even at the point of giving up.
What are the topics of the bonus online workshops? Vanessa Diehl will host additional educational workshops with topics such as 12 week year planning, fear busting, productivity, mindset and more!
When is the monthly payment processes? The 1st monthly payment is due upon registration. The remaining 5 payments of $22/mo will be processed each subsequent month until a total of 6 payments have been received. Will there be a local YEG networking event? YES! As a WWMB member you will receive an early bird invitation to a local female entrepreneur networking event in 2024. Ticket fees may apply - details TBA
